Where does my business data actually live?
On your computer. The installer creates a folder on your hard drive that holds all your messages, business info, customer notes, and conversation memory. Nothing leaves your machine unless you specifically enable encrypted offsite backup (and even then, only you can decrypt it).
What if my computer is off when a customer calls?
The phone calls go through a small relay service (so calls still get answered when your computer is asleep). Web chat is the same — if your computer is on, myOrbi answers locally; if it's off, the relay handles it. Either way, every conversation gets logged to your computer the moment it wakes up.
Does it work on iPhone / Android / Mac / Windows?
Yes to all. The myOrbi engine installs on Windows or Mac. You and your customers access her from any phone or computer through the web — including installing her as a real app on iPhone or Android with one tap.
