We want you to feel confident buying My Orby. This page explains exactly what we charge, what we don't refund, and how to cancel — no fine print, no runaround.
Cancel any time from your dashboard or via the Stripe billing portal. Your access continues through the end of your current paid period, then your subscription ends.
There is no one-time fee, no license fee, no setup fee. You pay a single monthly (or annual) subscription that covers everything Orbi does for you — phone, web chat, dashboard, assistant.
Not the right fit? Request a 50% refund of your first month within 30 days of signup. We retain 50% to cover already-incurred AI compute, telephony, and hosting costs we've paid on your behalf. After 30 days, no refunds — cancel anytime to stop future charges.
There are no setup fees, license fees, or other one-time charges. The only charge is the monthly or annual subscription described in Section 1.
If myOrbi isn't the right fit, you may request a 50% refund of your first month's subscription within 30 days of signup. After 30 days, subscription fees are not refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Why a 50% refund and not 100%: Your subscription pays for AI compute (large-language-model usage), telephony (Twilio phone minutes), cloud hosting, and other costs we incur on your behalf the moment you start using the service. We retain 50% to cover those already-paid costs. The other 50% is returned to you.
How to request a refund: Within 30 days of signup, request a refund through your dashboard's Billing & Cancellation page (or ask Orbi on chat). We'll process it via Stripe within 1 business day. Refunds appear on your card in 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
After 30 days — no refunds: Subscription fees for the current or prior billing periods are not refundable after the first 30 days. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Annual subscriptions: Annual subscriptions paid upfront are not pro-rated or refunded for unused months. If you cancel an annual subscription mid-year, you retain access through the remainder of the paid year and then your subscription ends.
Cancel anytime: You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time, without penalty. There are no cancellation fees, early termination fees, or penalties. See Section 3 for how to cancel.
Service through end of period: When you cancel, your access to Orbi, the dashboard, phone receptionist, and customer support continues through the end of the billing period for which you have already paid.
After cancellation — what you keep: You can export your business data (leads, customer notes, settings, learned answers) at any time from your dashboard. Export your data before your access period ends.
After cancellation — what you lose: Access to Orbi, the phone receptionist, the website chat widget, the dashboard, and customer support. Your provisioned phone number is released back to the carrier.
Disputed charges: If you believe a charge was made in error, contact orbiaisolutions@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate disputes promptly.
My Orby may, in the future, offer optional add-on modules (such as industry-specific packs or premium feature bundles) that have their own pricing terms disclosed at the time of purchase. As of today, no such modules are offered. There are no setup fees, license fees, or one-time charges of any kind — the only charge is the monthly or annual subscription described in Section 3.
Cancel any time. We don't ask why. We don't try to talk you out of it. We don't make you sit on hold or fill out a form.
Click the cancel link in any billing receipt email from Stripe. It opens your subscription page directly — one click to cancel, no login needed beyond clicking the link.
Email orbiaisolutions@gmail.com with subject "Cancel". Include the email address you used to buy. We'll cancel within one business day and confirm by reply. No reason required.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access through the time you've already paid for. Uninstalling the Software from your computer does NOT cancel billing; you have to cancel through one of the methods above.
If you believe you've been charged in error (e.g., billed after cancellation, billed an incorrect amount), email orbiaisolutions@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate billing errors promptly.
Initiating a chargeback for a charge that was valid under this policy may be treated as a breach of the Terms of Service and may result in account suspension. We respond to chargeback proceedings honestly and provide documentation of the underlying charge.
